The Pollinate Women’s Weekend, May 20-23, 2021 and September 30-October 3, 2021, brings together 50- 125 women in the Iowa woods to engage in rest, ritual and ultimately, transformation. This community continues to engage through ongoing programming including monthly rituals, workshops, circles, nature programming, one-on-one coaching and the Pollinate magazine. 

A key component of our weekend is allowing women the time to indulge in receiving healing from practitioners like yourself. We believe your healing power could be the perfect addition to our weekend. We would like to invite you to apply to be a healing practitioner at the Pollinate Women’s Weekend. All of our 2019 practitioners filled their bookings and we left demand ‘on the table’ as it were.  When you're not sharing your gift, we invite you to enjoy an amazing weekend with us, in connection with self.

Here are the details 

Schedule- You determine how many sessions you would like to do. When you would like to do them and how much you would like to charge for them. You may schedule your sessions between Thursday Eve through Sunday am. You will submit the specific times you have available via your application. If selected as a practitioner we will implement those slots to the registration system and attendees will sign up for a specific slot. You will have access to those attendees that signup with you before the weekend in case you would like to contact them beforehand. Some women will wait till the last minute and occasionally we do make additional slots available after the weekend has started. 

Session Space - Our location will give you a variety of space to choose from to conduct your sessions. We have outdoor space, group space, private session space akin to a traditional office or more rustic cabin space that will provide privacy, but also a touch of nature. You will need to provide appropriate tabling, sheets and supplies if needed. There are free laundry facilities at camp.  

Payment- Pollinate Women’s Weekend attendees will sign up and pre-pay for a session at your determined rate through our registration process. Pollinate will add a 20% processing fee to cover our costs. We will remit collected funds to you within a week of the conclusion of the event. We will process any payments for sessions scheduled after the weekend has begun. 

Practitioner registration-  Practitioners are invited to register themselves for the weekend for the reduced rate of $200 (full registration is $350). Please use the promo code ‘healer’ when you register. If you’d like you’re registration deducted from your session proceeds instead, just let us know.  

Would you like to be a host? Some of our practitioners are hosting a cabin at Pollinate Women’s Weekend for their clients and friends. This is a great way to connect the community that already exists around your practice. Should you like to commit to hosting 6 or more of your friends at Pollinate you will be given a special code that will give your group a discount rate of $300/per person. You will all be guaranteed to cabin together.

Our goal is to elevate connection and spiritual growth in our community. The Pollinate community is growing and we continue our offerings year around. We have deepened our partnership with some of our practitioners in the following ways.

  • Practitioner space >> we have large event, small workshop and private practice space available for use at our homebase and partner spaces. 

  • Pollinate Magazine >> Are you a writer? Engage the community by becoming a contributing writer for Pollinate’s online magazine. This publication is devoted to examining what it means to engage in modern spiritual life from a variety of perspectives.  

  • Access to our community >> Our community is engaged and growing. Pollinate practitioners can connect to them on a regular basis through our communication channels. 

  • Pollinate Products >> Do you make beautiful things that feed the body and soul. We partner with many makers to create products that make a difference and bring meaning to people’s lives. 

  • Speaking engagements >> Do you have something to say? Our practitioners are requested for speaking engagements or workshop opportunities in traditional non-traditional environments. We can help you develop and market your mission to this audience. 

  • Business Services >> Need help with branding, marketing, strategic planning, getting your biz together or dealing with your challenges.  Or help with technology services like websites, ecommerce, online registration/event services … all the stuff? We can help you.
